If you make a purchase in our site, after your payment is cleared to our account the software will be sent to your email with the download link, license info plus install directions. Once the software is activated, no refunds will be given.
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
BUT we will make sure the software works on your machine and offers free professional tech support to help you with the installation or fix any activation problem if needed. So you can rest assured about this online shopping.
Refund can be issued in the case of unsolvable problems with a software.

Chargeback Policy
Chargeback is bad thing for both sides (for you and for our store) in 100% occasions. We offer money-back guarantee if the software cannot be activated even with our free technical assistance, so you should contact us first for problem solving instead of initiating a chargeback.
Noted that we use HASPAY payment gateway which take credit cards sometimes so you shouldn't initiate a chargeback if you find this on your billing. And if you are not willing to send payment via HASPAY, you may contact us to get an electronic invoice sent via PayPal which also take all kinds of cards. It is very important to provide working e-mail address and contact number for all communications with the Support team and our Store.
If chargeback was performed by you, our Store needs to perform the following:
-If fraud is suspected, we report the case to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center and BBB;
-Initialize legal proceedings against you to recover the order amount.
